I started working with Leigh last year when I realized that I wasn't seeing much benefit to my health from my current activities. I’m in my mid-40s, still play competitive basketball, but my fitness level was at an all-time low. I was running on the treadmill on day 1 of my “comeback” and saw Leigh working with someone about my age. They were working hard but also seemed to be having some fun and I needed a spark to get me going. I signed up with Leigh that day. We’re about six weeks in and I couldn’t be happier with how things have gone. She immediately assessed where I was at and her process has been a thoughtful and gradual one. She comes to every session with a well thought out plan specific to me and where I am at.  Leigh has a wonderful demeanor that keeps you working hard without the need of a whip! She knows her stuff and is genuinely interested in helping me turn things around. I’ve lost some weight, lost some inches, gained some strength and already feel significantly better than I did six weeks ago. I look forward to each of my sessions as she is an absolute pleasure to work with!
