Life is about enjoying each moment, without limitations. Every time you push your limit and do something to become healthier and stronger, celebrate it! Many people who train with me simply want to improve their quality of life. Sometimes it’s hard for them to stay on track training by themselves, or maybe they aren’t seeing the progress they were hoping to see on their own.
