FOR THE WOLF PACK

Training in pairs or in a small group is a great way to have a partner in crime or an instant support system. There is motivation in numbers—doing it together can be a great way to kickoff your fitness goals or keep them going. The group fitness sessions are designed for small groups and are 55 minutes long. They are a great way to keep the whole pack sweating.

How it Works.

Group training can be done in a few different ways. If you already have a friend or two to complete your wolf pack, we can get started right away. Keep in mind that it helps when everyone in the group has similar fitness goals. Your second option is to relinquish control and let me play matchmaker; I will find and form a wolf pack that has similar goals. Then you can test out your fitness chemistry before committing to the pair or team.

How the Pack of Two works:  Pack members must purchase One-on-One Personal Training sessions, and have the option to train solo or in a pack of two.
 
In a pack of two Every 3rd Group Session is complimentary!

Larger Groups (or Teams) Welcome! I can tailor workouts designed for all fitness levels whether you are an Alpha, Beta, Omega or fitness Pup; come out and sweat in a pack. There is motivation in numbers, plus it's much more fun & social.

How to Get Started.

Once your group is solidified, each member purchases their desired number of sessions, and we schedule your training. Pack members have the option to train solo or together. Many do a combination of both.
