Why do it?

Many people who train with me simply want to improve their quality of life. Sometimes it’s hard for them to stay on track training by themselves, or maybe they aren’t seeing the progress they were hoping to see. These are all great reasons to start one-on-one training. Over the weeks, we will work together, assess your progress, and make changes to supercharge you toward your goal.

How it works

This is where we sit down and get to know each other. I learn more about you, where you're at and where you want to go, and examine your medical history. Then we set your training goals. With this process, I am able to develop a program customized just for you and your short-term and long-term goals.

One-on-one training is your time to focus on you. All training sessions are 55 minutes long and completely personalized.
